FAQ
Common questions.
How much is your brokerage?
It depends on the type of transaction, the property's value or rent, and the services you need. It is agreed in writing before we begin, with GST shown separately.
When do I pay the brokerage?
At the stage set out in your written agreement. You can pay by bank transfer, or online through our payment partner using UPI, cards or net banking. We never ask for your OTP, PIN or card CVV.
Do I pay the booking amount or advance to you?
No. Booking amounts, advances and the sale price are paid directly between buyer and seller, or to the developer, unless we confirm otherwise in writing. Our brokerage is a separate fee.
Do you check the property's documents?
We request the title documents and records from the seller and coordinate with your advocate. We are not a law firm, so we always recommend independent legal verification before you pay any advance.
Can I cancel after engaging you?
Yes. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how any advance brokerage is refunded, depending on the work already done.
